Robot Enclosures and Precision Parts, Built to Your Drawings

Suzhou Everoyal Precision has taken custom prototype and small-batch work since 2017. An eight-person engineering and quality-control team runs each enquiry through DFM review, costing, programme management and inspection, with 80 people behind them at a 10,000 m² Suzhou production base holding more than 50 machines.

Who we are

A small engineering team with a full machine park behind it

Everoyal does one job well: turn a drawing into parts that fit. The work covers plastic prototypes, vacuum casting, 3D printing, sheet metal stamping, CNC machining of hardware parts and rapid tooling, quoted as one contract instead of six.

Production runs at a Suzhou production base. Everoyal engineers sign off each stage before the programme moves on — material check before release to cut, first-article approval before batch release, pre-shipment inspection before the crate is closed.

Capabilities

Six processes, one contract

A robot programme usually needs machined aluminium, cast cosmetic covers, printed internal brackets and a welded frame at the same time. Here they come from one base and ship in one crate.

Machined aluminium housing held to 0.02 mm positional tolerance

CNC machining & turning-milling

Aluminium and stainless structural parts, joint housings and shafts, plus a five-axis gantry for large frames.

Vacuum casting & RIM

Silicone-mould casting off a machined master, with tunable colour and soft or hard resin. RIM covers larger enclosures.

3D printing, plastic & metal

Internal brackets, lattice structures and one-off functional parts, printed, finished and coloured at the same base.

Rapid tooling & moulding

Rapid aluminium and steel moulds with DFM and mould-flow review, T0 through T3 sampling, then trial and small-batch moulding.

Humanoid robot shells, joints and frames

Torso shells, limb covers, joint housings, hand assemblies and structural frames, machined and finished at the production base under Everoyal inspection.

Questions buyers ask first

Before you send a drawing

Do you sell catalogue parts or build to customer drawings?

Everything is built to customer drawings or samples. We quote against the geometry in your data, the material you name and the quantity you need. There is no stock list.

What is the smallest quantity you take?

One piece. Single prototypes and small batches from 10 to a few thousand parts both run through the same inspection chain.

Which file formats do you need for a quotation?

STEP, IGES or X_T 3D data plus a toleranced 2D drawing where tolerance matters. A photo of a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start a conversation.

Do you handle export shipping?

Yes. Everoyal arranges consolidation, customs documentation and FOB, CIF or DDP terms, and parts from different process lines ship together in one crate.

Can we visit or audit the production base?

Yes, by appointment. The base is in Suzhou; send a date range and we confirm who will be there and what can be shown.
