Suzhou Everoyal Precision Co., Ltd. — precision prototyping and small-batch manufacturing, quoted and managed as one contract.
Suzhou Everoyal Precision Co., Ltd. was established in 2017. An eight-person engineering and quality-control team takes each enquiry through DFM review, costing, programme management, inspection and export shipment, with 80 people behind them at the Suzhou base. The work covers plastic prototypes, vacuum casting, 3D printing, sheet metal stamping, CNC machining of hardware parts and rapid tooling.
Production runs at a Suzhou production base: a 10,000 m² heavy-industrial plant with more than 50 machines, including vacuum casting machines, reaction injection moulding (RIM) machines, injection moulding machines, CNC machining centres, bending machines, five-axis robotic arms, a 2,000-ton hydraulic press, industrial 3D printers, turning-and-milling compound machines and five-axis CNC machines. Everoyal engineers sign off each stage before the programme moves on.
The company provides customised prototyping and small-batch OEM production for humanoid robots, robotic arms and automation, energy storage, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, electronics, photovoltaics, aviation and shipbuilding.
