Five-axis gantry envelope, Italian-imported, running at 24,000 rpm.
Machining centres focus on part models and small-batch machining of aluminium alloy and stainless steel components for robotics, appliance, aviation and medical programmes. Turning-and-milling compound machines take rotational joints, shafts and bushings in one set-up, which keeps concentricity on limb assemblies that would otherwise move between two machines.
Large structural work goes to the gantry mill: full-size frames and prototype assemblies are machined without splitting the part for welding.

What tolerance can CNC machining hold at Everoyal?
Positional tolerance is held to 0.02 mm and precision bores to 0.01 mm. Bores and critical faces are measured before the part leaves the bay.
Can you machine a full-size robot frame in one set-up?
The Italian-imported five-axis gantry machine has an envelope of 8 m x 4.2 m x 2.5 m and runs at 24,000 rpm, which covers full-size structural frames and prototype assemblies.
Do machined prototypes use the same material as production?
Yes. CNC-machined prototypes use production-equivalent engineering plastics and alloys, so mechanical behaviour matches the real product.
